§ 110.10 APPEALS.
   If any person shall feel aggrieved by the neglect or refusal of any officer to issue the license or permit applied for, or by the terms or conditions therein imposed, or by any revocation of the license or permit as aforesaid, he may appeal to the board having cognizance of the matter, upon giving notice to the officer within one week thereafter, and until the terms, conditions or revocations are disapproved by the board, they shall be binding on the appellant, and the board may order such modifications as they deem proper, not inconsistent with this code and other ordinances. If no other board has supervision of the subject matter, it shall be referred to the Board of Aldermen.
