§ 98.08 ANIMALS AT LARGE PROHIBITED.

(A) No domestic animals, except dogs, shall be permitted to enter or roam at large in any of the public parks of the city, either with or without a keeper.

(B) Dogs shall be held in leash by the owners, otherwise they may be impounded or killed by any park-keeper, special constable or police officer.
