§ 96.161 LOCATION OF SMOKE FREE ZONE.
   The provisions of this chapter shall apply to any public right-of-way, public street or public sidewalk within that area of the city bounded as follows:
      Starting at a point where a line, following the eastern most boundary line of Baldwin Street, crosses the southern most boundary line of Union Street and then running, in an approximate northerly direction, along the eastern most boundary line of Baldwin Street to its intersection with the northern most boundary line of Scovill Street;
      Then running, in an approximate westerly direction, along the northern most boundary line of Scovill Street to its intersection with the northeastern most boundary line of Cole Street;
      Then running, in an approximate northwesterly direction, along the northeastern most boundary line of Cole Street to its intersection with eastern most boundary line of South Elm Street;
      Then crossing South Elm Street in a line, forming a right angle with the western most boundary line of South Elm Street, to the western most boundary line of South Elm Street;
      Then running, in an approximate southerly direction, along the western most boundary line of South Elm Street to its intersection with the southern most boundary line of Union Street;
      Then running, in an approximate easterly direction, along the southern most boundary line of Union Street to the point of beginning above stated.
      The herein above references to the boundary lines of Baldwin Street, Union Street, Scovill Street, Cole Street and South Elm Street are intended to refer to the boundaries of the rights-of-way over which those streets pass including any portions of thereof that are unpaved or unimproved as of the date of adoption hereof and including any sidewalks adjacent to said streets that are located within said rights-of-way.
      The herein above references to the intersection of boundary lines is intended to refer to the coordinate at which two given lines would intersect if extending past one another in the same plane regardless of whether or not said lines actually terminate prior to said intersection or whether or not said lines cross one another but in different planes, for example if one right of way travels over or under another across a bridge or through a tunnel or similar structure.
