§ 96.140 PURPOSE.
   The purpose of this subchapter is to define, prohibit, and abate nuisances arising from and related to the growth of grass, weeds, or similar vegetation and to protect, preserve and promote public health, safety, and welfare; and to preserve and protect property values.
