(A) Every restaurant owner, his agent, or person in charge of the restaurant, shall permit and allow the Director of Health, and party or parties authorized by him, or by the Board of Health, at any and all times to freely and fully inspect such restaurants, to determine whether the requirements under this subchapter have been complied with.
(B) Each such inspection and its findings shall be recorded and signed by the inspector on duplicate forms approved by the Board of Health, one of which shall be suitably framed and posted by the inspector in a conspicuous place in the location where the public is served in the restaurant and the other to be filed by him with the Department of Health.
