§ 96.042 INSPECTIONS.
   The Director of Health may cause to be inspected by the Health Department veterinarian, any or all live poultry which shall be brought into the city before the poultry may be offered for sale and may reject and prohibit the sale of the poultry as shall, in his estimation, fall below the standard the Health Department shall have set as suitable for sale.
