§ 96.025 PERMISSION TO BE GIVEN BEFORE SLAUGHTERING; EXCEPTION.
   (A)   Carcasses of animals slaughtered elsewhere than at the abattoir will not be inspected unless permission to slaughter has been given by the meat inspector or Board of Commissioners of Public Health.

   (B)   In manifest emergency, which shall be satisfactorily explained to the inspector, the preceding division may be suspended by the meat inspector. This provision is intended to cover the case of farmers slaughtering animals bred by themselves.
