§ 94.35 GROUNDS FOR REFUSAL TO ISSUE OR RENEW, SUSPENSION AND REVOCATION.
   The Fire Department shall either refuse to issue or renew or may suspend or revoke any certificate of registration, license, apprentice permit or hydrostatic testing certificate for any of the following causes:
   (A)   Conviction of a felony, as shown by a certified copy of the record of the court of conviction;
   (B)   Any violation as listed in the enabling act;
   (C)   Having obtained or having attempted to obtain a license, apprentice permit, hydrostatic testing certificate or certificate of registration by fraudulent misrepresentation;
   (D)   Practice in the trade, or an attempt to practice in the trade, of fire extinguisher service or sales, or both by fraudulent misrepresentations;
   (E)   Gross malpractice or gross incompetency in sales or service of fire extinguishers;
   (F)   Advertising fire extinguisher sales or service by means of knowingly false or deceptive statements;
   (G)   Failure to pay the original or annual renewal license, apprentice permit, hydrostatic testing certificate or certificate of registration fee provided in this subchapter;
   (H)   Violation of any provision of the enabling act as formulated and administered by the Fire Department or violation of any provision of this subchapter; or
   (I)   Failure to dispose of waste chemical in approved safety containers and removed to licensee's place of business.
