The Fire Department shall have the authority to conduct hearings on proceedings to suspend, revoke or refuse issuance or renewal of licenses, apprentice permits, hydrostatic testing certificates or certificates of registration issued under this subchapter or application therefor, and to suspend, revoke, refuse to renew or refuse to issue the license, apprentice permit, hydrostatic testing certificate or certificate of registration.
