(A) When a licensee under this subchapter services a portable fire extinguisher, he shall affix a tag to the extinguisher that, at least, states:
(1) The month and year he performed the service;
(2) The type of extinguisher he serviced;
(3) His name and license number; and
(4) The name and certificate of registration number of his firm.
(B) When a person not subject to licensing under this subchapter services a portable fire extinguisher, he shall affix a tag to it that states:
(1) The month and year when the service was performed;
(2) The type of extinguisher serviced; and
(3) The name of the person performing the service and name and address of his employer or principal.
