§ 94.28 PERSONS WHO MAY SERVICE FIRE EXTINGUISHERS; IDENTIFICATION CARDS.
   (A)   A firm that has been issued a certificate of registration under this subchapter by the Fire Department to engage in the business of servicing portable fire extinguishers may actually do such servicing only through an employee, agent or servant who holds a valid license issued under this subchapter.
   (B)   A person who has been issued a license under this subchapter to service portable fire extinguishers must be an employee, agent or servant of a firm that holds a certificate of registration or the licensee himself must hold a certificate of registration issued under this subchapter.

   (C)   Each serviceperson and apprentice shall be issued an identification card to be carried on his person while carrying out the testing or servicing function.
