§ 94.23 PURPOSE OF PORTABLE FIRE EXTINGUISHERS.
   Portable fire extinguishers are designed to cope with fire of limited size and are necessary even though the property is equipped with automatic sprinklers, standpipe and hose, or other fixed protection equipment.
