§ 94.07 RUBBISH ACCUMULATIONS CONSTITUTING FIRE HAZARD.
   Whenever, in the opinion of the Fire Marshal, any rubbish accumulates so as to constitute a fire hazard, it may be removed by the Fire Marshal at the expense of the owner of the property on which the accumulation exists.
