§ 91.05 APPEALS. 
   Any person, firm or corporation aggrieved under any provision of this chapter may file a written appeal with the Board of Police Commissioners. The appeal shall be filed no later than 15 days after the official notice of violation is mailed by the Police Department. Within 30 days of the filing of the appeal, the Board of Police Commissioners shall hear the matter and rule thereon. The decision of the Board of Police Commissioners may be appealed to the Superior Court.
