(A) Within 60 days of the effective date of this chapter, the Superintendent of Police shall establish a written procedure for administering and enforcing the provisions of this chapter. The procedure and any subsequent amendments thereto, shall be subject to the approval of the Board of Police Commissioners and the Board of Aldermen.
(B) In January and July of each year, the Superintendent of Police shall submit a report to the Board of Police Commissioners and the Board of Aldermen regarding the effectiveness of this chapter and any recommendations thereon.
