§ 70.31 STATUTORY AUTHORIZATION.
   Handicapped parking privileges shall be allowed in the city to all handicapped persons pursuant to the provisions of Conn. Gen. Stat. §§ 51-56a(b) and 14-253a with the exception of violation provisions which will be in accordance with the penalties imposed in § 70.99.
