§ 70.18 TAMPERING WITH PARKING METERS.

It shall be unlawful for any person not so authorized to deface, damage, tamper with, open or willfully break, destroy or impair the usefulness of any parking meter installed under the direction of the Traffic Authority or to aid or abet in doing the same.
