§ 70.03 TRUCK PARKING.
   In order to prevent vehicles with load-carrying capacities in excess of one ton from constituting a traffic hazard in residential areas and to prevent unnecessary noises that may disturb the peace and quiet of area residents and to prevent the blocking of access to residences by such services as police, fire or ambulance, no person having custody or control of a vehicle or vehicles with load-carrying capacities in excess of one ton shall be permitted to park on any street in any residential zone of the city at any time of day or night, except when in the conduct of a service being simultaneously performed.
