Pursuant to Conn. Gen. Stat. § 7-255, the city hereby provides for optional methods of payment of a city user's sewer user bill to the W.P.C.A. by:
(A) Elderly taxpayers who are eligible for tax relief under the provisions of Conn. Gen. Stat. §§ 12-129b and 12-170aa or a plan of tax relief for elderly taxpayers provided by the city in accordance with Conn. Gen. Stat. § 12-129n; or
(B) Any taxpayer under the age of 65 who is eligible for tax relief under the provisions of a plan for tax relief provided by the city in accordance with Conn. Gen. Stat. § 12-129n(2).
