§ 51.85 WATER POLLUTION CONTROL AUTHORITY DESIGNATED.
   Pursuant to Conn. Gen. Stat. § 7-246, the Board of Commissioners of Public Works of the City of Waterbury is hereby designated as the Water Pollution Control Authority of the City of Waterbury, with all the powers set forth in Conn. Gen. Stat. § 7-246.
