Violation of this subchapter by any member or employee of any municipal board or agency or by any official, officer or employee of the city shall be grounds for his removal. Violation of this subchapter with the knowledge, express or implied, of any person or corporation participating in such contract, transaction or decision shall render the same voidable by the Board of Aldermen.
