§ 30.20 INTEREST IN CONTRACTS, TRANSACTIONS AND THE LIKE TO BE REPORTED.
   Any member or employee of any municipal board or agency and any official, officer or employee of the city who has a financial interest, direct or indirect, in any contract, transaction or decision of any board, agency, department or commission, to which the city is a party and which is not an interest which is shared in common by the public as a whole, shall disclose that interest to the board or agency or to the Board of Aldermen who shall record the disclosure upon the official record of its meetings.
