§ 30.05 CERTAIN SALARY CHARGES NOT TO BE PAID.

   No amount shall be paid chargeable to the regular salary appropriation of any department or officer of the city which will render the remaining balance of the regular salary appropriation insufficient for the remainder of any fiscal year on a pro rata basis.
