§ 35.122 AMENDMENT.

Neither the contributions of the city nor participant contributions under the retirement system shall constitute the vested rights as will prevent the amendment of any portion or all of this retirement system. It is expressly provided that this retirement system may be amended to permit alteration of contributions, benefits and all other terms and conditions.
