§ 35.119 EFFECT OF PAYMENT UNDER WORKERS' COMPENSATION OR HEART AND HYPERTENSION.
   To the extent that a pensioner is entitled to any pension benefits from the retirement system, while the pension benefits are payable to the pensioner they shall be reduced dollar for dollar by any amounts attributable to workers’ compensation and/or heart and hypertension benefits paid under any relevant state or local statutes or ordinances.
