§ 35.040 PARTICIPANT BENEFIT PRESERVATION.
   In no event shall any participant terminating after June 30, 2003 under the retirement system receive a pension benefit from the retirement system in an amount which is less than the pension benefit that the participant would have received if the participant had retired or separated from service on June 30, 2001.
