§ 35.004 REMOVAL.
   The Mayor may remove any appointed member of the Retirement Board for the reasons set forth in § 6A-10 of the Charter of the city in accordance with the rules of procedure set forth in this Code. In addition thereto the Mayor may remove any appointed member of the Retirement Board for the unsatisfactory performance of the duties of office by a member or members.
