§ 32.21 SPECIFIC PENALTIES REGARDING THE FAILURE TO PAY TAXES.
   The city may revoke municipal and district health department permits and withhold municipal payments for the failure to pay certain taxes in accordance with the requirements of the general statutes. Furthermore, no building permits shall be issued as set forth in the zoning regulations of this code.
