(A) Employees; services. The Land Bank may employ or otherwise contract for the services of any staff deemed necessary to carry out the duties and responsibilities of the Land Bank. Such staff may be employed as employees of the Land Bank, or the services of such staff may be retained pursuant to contracts with any public or private entity.
(B) Executive Director. The Board of Directors may select an Executive Director. An Executive Director selected shall administer the Land Bank in accordance with the operating budget adopted by the Board of Directors, general policy guidelines established by the Board of Directors, and other applicable governmental procedures and policies.
