Contractors seeking licensure within the City shall comply with Utah Code Annotated section 58-55-3 as amended; and apply through the licensure procedure in section 3-1-3E of this Title. The City will reciprocate out of area licenses for contractors who provide a valid and current State contractors license in addition to a current business license from their local jurisdiction.
