3-2-2: BILLBOARDS:

All individuals seeking to construct or license a billboard in the City shall comply with Utah Code Annotated section 72-7-5 as amended, apply through the licensure procedure in section 3-1-3E of this Title, and remit payment of an advertising / licensing fee designated by the City Council.
