10-1-3: SCOPE OF APPLICATION:

All lots, plots, or tracts of land located within a subdivision shall be subject to this title, whether the tract is owned by the subdivider or a subsequent purchaser, transferor or holder of the land. (Ord. 80-4, 6-16-1980; amd. Ord. 2019-20, 11-13-2019; Ord. 2024-04, 2-14-2024)
