Every licensee shall display and exhibit the license while the same is in force in some conspicuous part of the premises where business activities are conducted. Every licensee not having a fixed place of business shall carry the license with him at all times while carrying on the business for which the license is issued, producing the same for inspection when requested to do so by any person at a reasonable time.
