2-2-8: REVIEW OF APPEALS BOARD DECISION:
If any party to the appeals board proceeding desires to appeal the final action or order of the board, that party shall do so by filing a petition for review with the Utah court of appeals in accordance with Utah Code Annotated section 10-3-1106(6). (Ord. 2014-24, 10-8-2014)
