1-14-3: GEOGRAPHIC BOUNDARIES:
The geographic boundaries of the agency are and shall always be coterminous with the geographic boundaries of the unincorporated area of the city. Any change in the boundaries of the city after the effective date hereof will automatically, and without any further action required, constitute a similar change in the boundaries of the agency.
