Any franchise granted by the city may be revoked during the period of such franchise, as provided in the franchise, subject to the procedural requirements provided for therein. A failure by the franchisee to comply with any of the material provisions of this chapter shall be deemed a violation of this code. (Ord. 2011-04, 6-22-2011)
