1-12-29: FRANCHISE RENEWAL:
Franchise renewals shall be conducted in accordance with applicable law. The city and franchisee, by mutual consent, may enter into renewal negotiations at any time during the term of a franchise. (Ord. 2011-04, 6-22-2011)
