1-12-20: DESIGN, FUNCTIONALITY AND TECHNICAL STANDARDS:

Franchisee shall design, construct, install, operate and maintain its cable system in a manner consistent with all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations, FCC technical standards and the franchise. (Ord. 2011-04, 6-22-2011)
