1-12-17: LIQUIDATED DAMAGES:
Because it may be difficult to calculate the harm to the city in the event of a breach of a franchise by a franchisee, the city may agree to liquidated damages as a reasonable estimation of the actual damages to the city. The scope and amount of any such liquidated damages shall be set forth in the franchise. (Ord. 2011-04, 6-22-2011)
