Franchisee shall comply with and obtain, at its own expense, all permits, licenses and other authorizations required by federal, state and local laws, rules, regulations and applicable resolutions and ordinances which now exist or are hereafter lawfully adopted. (Ord. 2011-04, 6-22-2011)
