1-12-10: POLE OR CONDUIT AGREEMENTS:
No franchise shall relieve franchisee of any of its obligations involved in obtaining pole or conduit agreements from any department of the city, any utility company or from others maintaining facilities in the rights of way. (Ord. 2011-04, 6-22-2011)
