8-1-11: PENALTY:

Any violation of any provisions of the codes herein adopted shall be deemed a Class B misdemeanor. Also, any structure or equipment built or installed in violation of any provision of the codes herein adopted shall be deemed a public nuisance and may be abated by appropriate proceedings.
