8-1-7: CODE FOR THE ABATEMENT OF DANGEROUS BUILDINGS:
The current Uniform/International Code for the Abatement of Dangerous Buildings, which has been adopted by the State for use in the State, is hereby adopted by the City. Three (3) copies of the current code shall be filed for use and examination by the public in the Office of the City Recorder. (Ord. 2007-02, 1-24-2007)
