The city council finds that the city storm water and sewer system, sanitary sewer water, culinary sewer water and solid waste collection systems are interrelated services that are a part of a unified city plan for the health, safety and welfare of the city and its residents in an environmentally responsible manner. Therefore, the storm water utility fee shall be included on the city's regular monthly utility bill for any given property. Failure to pay any portion of the utility bill may result in termination of water/electrical services. (Ord. 2004-14, 6-9-2004)
