A. Title 30, chapter 6 (cohabitant abuse act);
B. Title 32A (alcoholic beverage control act), chapters 12 (criminal offenses) and 13 (criminal procedure);
C. Title 41 (traffic code);
D. Title 53 (public safety code), chapters 3 (uniform driver's license act), 8 (Utah highway patrol act) and 10 (criminal investigations and technical services act);
E. Title 53A (state system of public education), chapter 3, part 5 (local school boards) and chapter 11, part 1 (students in public schools);
F. Title 58 (occupations and professions), chapter 37 (controlled substances act) and chapter 37a (drug paraphernalia act);
G. Title 62A (human services code), chapter 4a, parts 4 and 5 (child and family services);
H. Title 72 (protection of highways), chapter 7, part 4 (weight limitations) and chapter 9 (motor carrier safety act);
I. Title 76 (criminal code); and
