4-7-2: DUTY TO CLOSE AND FASTEN GATES AFTER USE:
It shall be unlawful for any individual using posted gates within the city limits that lead to state or BLM grazing land to leave them open or unfastened after use. (Ord. 86-18, 6-25-1986, eff. 6-25-1986)
