4-2-3: COLLECTION AND DISPOSAL OF RESIDENTIAL SOLID WASTE:

Collection and disposal of all residential solid waste within the corporate limits of the city shall be provided exclusively by Washington County special service district no. 1, through its authorized subcontractor, Allied/Red Rock, except for residential solid waste hauled to the landfill by the owner or occupant of the residential property. (Ord. 99-28, 10-27-1999)
