A. Any person who commits, permits, assists in or attempts any violation of this chapter, whether by act or omission, is hereby deemed to be a “responsible person” as used in the city administrative code enforcement ordinance and shall be liable for all civil penalties set forth therein.
B. Any person who violates the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a class B misdemeanor and any person who knowingly violates or authorizes the violation of a cease and desist order from law enforcement concerning a violation of this chapter shall be subject to immediate arrest by law enforcement officers.
