8-8-4: CEASE AND DESIST ORDERS:

Law enforcement officers are hereby authorized and directed to order any person determined to be in violation of this chapter to immediately cease and desist from any and all activities which violate the provisions of this chapter. (Ord. 2022-08, 3-9-2022)
