Any person may appeal the decision of the Parks Director or designee. The appeal shall be in writing, signed by the applicant with a statement of reasons supporting the appeal. The appeal shall be filed with the City, no later than the fifteenth (15th) calendar day following delivery of the notice of the City’s intent to remove a Shade Tree. The Shade Tree Advisory Board shall consider the appeal and render a written opinion within forty-five (45) calendar days after the appeal is filed.
Any person objecting to the decision rendered by the Shade Tree Advisory Board may appeal to the City Council, in writing, within ten (15) calendar days after the date of mailing of the decision to the applicant. (Ord. 2022-09, 3-9-2022)
